DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery T&Cs:

 

We use Packfleet for all London-wide deliveries and Parcelforce for all nationwide deliveries.

You can come and collect free of charge from our London shop  @ “80-20 Shops” - 60 Goldsmith Row, E2 8QR, Shorditch, opening hours 8 am -10 pm.

Returns:

It is possible that wine may arrive damaged due to courier mishandling or the wine may be tainted or corked, but this is a very rare occasion. However, if the bottle is damaged you’ll need to inform us within 7 days of receiving your package and then send us a photo to info@80-20shops.co.uk of the broken bottle and the packaging. 
We can then arrange a refund for the cost of the bottle and shipping for you.

If you believe the bottle of wine is corked, you’ll need to get in touch within one month of receiving your package. 
Then email us to discuss the issue and we can take any steps to replace or credit the item.
