Two grapes are placed into a Qvevri, which is subsequently buried underground. Those grapes are the highly tannic, full bodied Saperavi, and the juicier, softer Merlot. They combine in perfect harmony, using ancient winemaking techniques to create a polished and modern expression of fine Ukrainian wine.
